The Harvesting Process

To ensure the highest quality for every Pillar we produce, please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be processed and harvested before it is shipped. You will receive a notification as soon as your items depart The House.

Individual Fulfillment

Because each piece is handled with individual care, items in a single order (e.g., a Zip-Up and a Hoodie) may be prepared and shipped from separate locations. This means your order may arrive in multiple packages at different times. You will receive a unique tracking number for every package so you can monitor the entire journey.

Standard Shipping

We offer a flat rate of $9.99 USD for standard shipping. This covers the care, handling, and secure delivery of your items to your door.

Missing or Delayed Shipments

Once an item has departed and a tracking number has been provided, the journey is in the hands of the carrier. If your harvest has not arrived within the estimated window, please contact us at [Your Email] so we can assist in locating it.
